Welcome to the musculoskeletal health at work online program. Have you ever noticed aches and pains after a long day at work?

Pain can be distracting and affect your concentration, productivity, happiness and stop you from doing other, maybe more fun activities in your leisure time.

This program will practically guide you through some simple movements to help you prevent, manage and reduce musculoskeletal pain – such as lower back, shoulder, wrist or knee pain. In this course we’re going to discover why we get these aches and pains and how we can prevent and relieve them.

This program will help you increase your daily activity, prevent, relieve and reduce musculoskeletal pain. What you'll learn will help you reduce stress and anxiety, increase your physical and mental resilience, increase your happiness and improve your overall wellbeing, enabling you to be more productive at work, be more active, do more in your leisure time for longer and improve your health.

Imagine being able to do more with your family and friends, as well as having more energy every day – some simple, easy to do movements can help lay the foundations for much bigger improvements in your life.

Why Am I Coaching This Program?


I've worked with hundreds of clients wanting to improve their strength and fitness whether for their own leisure time, to be able to do more with their families or to be better at their chosen sport. Almost all of my clients have had incidents of musculoskeletal problems caused by sedentary behaviour, whether that's from many long hours in the office or not taking care of their mobility.

Through helping my clients improve then mobility, flexibility and musculoskeletal health they were all able to improve the quality of their activities or sports and improve their overall physical health.

I’ve had my own troubles with injuries and musculoskeletal health, at times struggling to think of a time where I wasn’t in pain. As someone who’s always been a competitive sports person, I assumed this was as a result of playing sport and thought of it as part of the game. However the more I learned about my body and the way it works, gaining experience as a fitness and wellbeing coach, I learned that a lot of these problems could be eradicated by practicing simple daily mobility and movement patterns to keep my body supple.

You will learn how to perform movements that improve your mobility and flexibility. The program covers seated movements, standing movements and floor based movements from head to toe.

Mobility movements for specific body parts
Specific Movements


You will learn specific movements to improve your mobility and flexibility on specific body parts. If you experience pain in certain parts of the body, this program will show you how to prevent and relieve aches and pains.
