So many of us work in sedentary jobs, whether that's in an office or working from home - our mission is to increase your understanding of health and wellbeing, along with coaching you the tools necessary to empower your own wellbeing.


Having started out delivering in person coaching in workplaces, we have expanded our services to provide a full package of health and wellbeing services. Our belief, which has been validated by academic studies, is that improved wellbeing not only gives individuals benefits in their own wellbeing, resilience, productivity and happiness, but gives those same benefits to the organisation.


Our online platform is focussed on providing online courses and programs that can be completed wherever you are. In addition to this we offer 1-2-1 online coaching and small group online coaching. All of our programs are available on a great value monthly membership.

Alex Fairweather ergonomist and wellbeing coach

Hi, I’m Alex


I have a varied professional background including a successful business career in the logistics industry, rugby coaching, personal training, ergonomic consulting and health club management.

My academic background includes a BSc in Ergonomics from Loughborough University. Alex is focussed on designing and implementing programs to improve individual’s wellbeing at work, to help drive organisational growth and individual wellbeing.

Most recently I have helped design and coach corporate wellbeing programs for national businesses and local authority groups.

My passion in empowering health and wellbeing has been present since my teenage years, when I started coaching sports including rugby and outdoor activities. Throughout my career I have aimed to develop my skills and abilities, which is what brings me to creating online content to help you improve your own wellbeing.
